Return and Refund Policies

Wrong Item, Damaged Product, Incorrect Size, or Incomplete Product:
If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect in size, or not as expected, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement with the correct product. Please initiate contact within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the products via our Chat option, notifying us of the issue with accompanying pictures of the received product. We will promptly arrange a return pick-up for the affected item.
Upon return, the product will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure the issue is attributable to our responsibility rather than external misuse or abuse. To facilitate a smooth process, kindly return all original tags and accessories, and ensure that branded packaging is in its original condition.
Incomplete Product / Missing Items:
If your package arrives with incomplete items or missing parts, rest assured that we will swiftly rectify the situation. The missing components will be dispatched after thorough verification from our end.
Did Not Like the Product or Quality / Size Not as Per Requirement / Changed My Mind / Don't Need Anymore:
While we take pride in delivering art products of the highest quality, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the option to return it within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us the details within this 7-day period, and we will arrange a hassle-free return pick-up for the product.
Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure it hasn't been misused or abused. Once confirmed that the product is unused and in its original packaging, we'll initiate an exchange or refund. Please note that a 20% deduction of the order value will be applicable for refunds to cover return shipping costs.
For prepaid orders, we promptly reverse the transaction, and for COD orders, share your account details for seamless processing. COD charges are non-refundable, and only product charges are reimbursed. The refund may take up to 5-7 working days, depending on your bank.
Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and packaged back in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.

To initiate an order cancellation, please contact us via Chat or email within 24 hours of placing your order. We accommodate cancellations free of charge before dispatch. Any cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window will incur a 20% deduction fee of the order value for processing, covering return shipping costs.
